Return Policy

1. Products covered by the warranty:

  • The HQsing warranty policy applies to all HQsing-branded karaoke equipment.

2. Warranty period:

  • HQsing-branded products: Warranty coverage of up to 18 months.
  • Other brands: Covered according to each manufacturer’s warranty terms.

3. Warranty type

1-for-1 replacement with a brand-new unit.

4. Warranty conditions

To be eligible for warranty service under HQsing’s policy, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is still within its warranty period.
  • The warranty seal is intact — not torn, faded, peeled, or tampered with.
  • The warranty card included with the product is intact — not torn, crumpled, or altered.
  • The defect is a manufacturing defect and does not fall under any of the exclusions listed below.

5. Warranty exclusions:

  • The warranty period stated on the warranty card, warranty seal, or equipment handover record has expired.
  • The product was damaged by use that does not follow the user manual.
  • The product was physically damaged by drops, breakage, impact, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, or liquid exposure.
  • The product shows damage caused by rodents or insects, or by fire or natural disasters.
  • Included accessories such as remote controls, remote batteries, CMOS batteries, power cords, signal cables, power adapters, indicator lights, headphones, and built-in cooling fans, as well as equipment damage caused by fire or explosion resulting from a failed fan.
  • Defects resulting from repairs performed by third parties at the customer’s request, improper storage, unreasonable use, failure to follow the product instructions, misuse, or improper cleaning with unsuitable tools.

Shipping & Warranty

1. Shipping policy:

  • We offer free shipping on most items within the contiguous United States via UPS.
  • Most orders require a customer signature upon delivery.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and international destinations is available for an additional shipping charge. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order, and any additional shipping charges will be applied after the order is placed.
  • For the fastest processing, please contact us BEFORE placing an order that requires expedited shipping, international shipping, or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
  • Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
  • By registering, you agree to receive promotional emails from our website. If you no longer wish to receive them, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.

2. Product guarantee & coverage:

  • All new items purchased from HQSing are covered by a full 18-month manufacturer’s warranty (for non-HQsing brands, please contact us directly for the applicable warranty terms and conditions).

The website also strictly prohibits distributing, promoting, or encouraging any activity intended to interfere with, sabotage, or break into the system’s data. Individuals or organizations in violation will be stripped of all rights and may be prosecuted under the law if necessary.

6. Changing or canceling transactions on the website:

  • In all cases, customers have the right to terminate a transaction if the following steps have been taken:
  • Return goods that have been received but not used, and from which no benefit has been obtained (in accordance with our return policy).

7. Returns:

  • Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. After 30 days, HQSing cannot accept returns; however, most items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers product defects.
  • HQsing must be notified of any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos of the damaged items may be required before an RMA is approved.
  • Items not returned in original, undamaged condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for discretionary reasons (e.g., buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, the product not meeting the customer’s needs, etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. HQSing reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund amount. Items without their original packaging will not be accepted for return.

8. Non-returnable items:

  • Software
  • Items returned in a condition different from when they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging)
  • Items considered “personal use” (headphones, in-ear monitors, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas, etc.)
  • Special orders
  • Discontinued products
  • Final sale items.
  • We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt to make sure everything is working properly.
  • Please contact us by email or phone below with your order number and a description of the issue to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). HQSing is not responsible for returns or shipments sent without an RMA number or an HQsing shipping label.
