Here you can find answers to common questions about the product, warranty, and shipping. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact the HQsing support team here.

How is the MR324 Open Box different from new?

This is the HQsing MR324 mic, the same model as new, sold as Open Box at a better price. The description doesn't detail the unit's condition; you can contact HQsing for details before ordering. Open Box items come with a 1-for-1 replacement warranty for 180 days.

Which port connects the MR324 to an amplifier?

The MR324 receiver has XLR ports and a 1/4-inch mix output. You can use the 2 included CB04 XLR cables to connect to an amplifier or mixer, or use the 1/4-inch mix output depending on your device's inputs.

Do I need to scan frequencies manually?

No. The MR324 syncs frequencies automatically via infrared for fast, stable mic-to-receiver pairing.

How do I adjust for multiple singers with different vocal volumes?

The MR324 lets you adjust the volume of each mic separately: turn up the soft singer's mic and turn down the loud singer's mic to balance voices without readjusting the amplifier.

What's the mics' range?

The MR324 has an operating range of up to 100m, enough to move around freely in your karaoke room or party area.

What free gifts and return terms come with the MR324 Open Box?

HQsing includes 2 free CB04 XLR cables. The product comes with a 30-day free trial and free returns, free shipping in the U.S. and to Vietnam, and 24/7 technical support for the life of the product.
