Setup

1. Set up the 2 HD223 speaker stands on either side of the stage or singing area, mount the JBL EON 712 speakers, and lock them securely.
2. Power off all equipment. Use the included CB03 or CB04 XLR cables to connect the MR324 mic receiver, PQ223 digital processor, and speakers according to the port types on each device.
3. Connect the TV's optical output to the PQ223's Optical input with the OC24 cable, and plug all equipment into the PS01 power strip.

Use and Tuning

1. Turn on the TV or source, then the PQ223 digital processor, and the speakers last; start with the volume low and raise it gradually.
2. Turn on the MR324 mics and sync them with the receiver via infrared; adjust the volume on each mic individually.
3. Use the 9-band EQ for music and the 15-band PEQ for mics, and adjust ECHO and REVERB to suit your voice.
4. Turn on anti-feedback on the PQ223 if feedback occurs; you can also fine-tune EQ on the speaker's LCD.

Care

• Turn off the speakers first, then the digital processor and source.
• Remove the mic batteries when not in use for long periods; keep equipment in a cool, dry place.
• Coil cables neatly and don't kink the optical or XLR cable ends.
